high noise level inconsistent food quality

the staff was acceptable.

The noise level was high, especially around the pool. I found it really difficult to relax. the food quality was inconsistent too. some dishes were okay, but others were clearly made with cheap ingredients. It was really frustrating to deal with that kind of inconsistency.

clean resort friendly staff enjoyable waterpark old decor terrible coffee limited pool

i found the resort to be very clean. staff consistently tidied up all areas. the waterpark was enjoyable for kids. my room included two comfortable beds.

the hot tub required a reservation and was only for adults. some decor is older and in need of updates. i also found the coffee to be terrible. not enough pool options were available.

i found the food to be amazing. i especially enjoyed the options available at the buffet (the variety was excellent). the staff were warm and cute all the time. the 24-hour fresh bakery next to the lobby was a great perk.

the room had some issues. a few tiles were broken and the grout work was poor (it could use some maintenance). the faucet leaked. some outlets also did not work properly.

the staff were friendly and gentle. i found many restaurant options, and bars offered good food. beach access was easy, and the swimming pool was clean! i thought the events for kids and family were amazing. i also appreciated lots of restuarant & bar options

The buffet workers were attentive and helpful. luis from the spa gave an excellent massage on april 25, 2025. i felt pampered. karina by the pool remembered our daughter's name, a small gesture that meant so much. jazmin in the spa provided an amazing massage. I recommend her highly.

The wristbands felt a little uncomfortable. I wished they were softer.

The poolside service featured attentive staff. They promptly addressed guest requests. daily poolside entertainment included volleyball and live music in the lobby bar at night. the staff ensured access to all amenities after check-out while guests waited for airport transportation.
